	My research with the CI Group started with an evolutionary solution to modular-robotics locomotion. Currently I am pursuing a data-driven approach to cochlear implant tuning within Opti-Fox. This project uses data-mining techniques and the CI group's expertise in multi-objective optimization to solve a very complex real-life problem, with potentially life-enhancing benefits to patients. My other research projects include fMRI data-mining (multi-voxel pattern analysis), social-network simulations and building brain inspired algorithms to solve decision and control problems.
