C. elegans Vulval Development Model

We have developed a Petri net model of C. elegans vulval development process. The model is available in the following formats:

• celegans.pnml in the PNML format (XML dialect),
• celegans.ndr in the TINA format (textual),
• celegans.xgmml in the XGMML (XML dialect) format.

Hierarchical view on the network:

• Module SEM-5: produces SEM-5 protein from sem-5(wt) gene.
  
• Module SEM-5 with activation: produces SEM-5 protein and activates it (SEM-5 ACT).
  
• Pathways: combined modules performing certain biological function.
