Institute acknowledges contribution of VU software engineering students

The Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute acknowledges the contribution of the VU software engineering students.

In the upcoming IEEE/IFIP Working Conference on Software Architecture < http://www.wicsa.net > in Cambridge, UK, the Carnegie Mellon SEI < http://www.sei.cmu.edu > published an article on a structured approach for reviewing architecture documents using question sets.

The authors acknowledge the contribution of the students of the course Advanced Topics in Software Design of the VU University Amsterdam, edition 2008/2009, for providing valuable feedback that led to an improved version of their approach, and to this publication. This demonstrates the relation between education and research, and the contribution that the one can bring to the other.
