Photos of South AfricaThis sequence of 54 photographs was taken in South Africa in January 2002 with a Nikon F70 camera equipped with a Tamron 28-300 mm lens and a Vivitar 100-400 mm lens using Fujicolor 400 and Kodacolor 400 film. The prints were scanned with a Hewlett-Packard 6300 scanner at 300 dpi and postprocessed with Photoshop 6.0 on an Intel Pentium. The wildlife photos were taken in Kruger Park and the adjoining Timbavati Game Reserve in the east. The urban photos were taken in or near Cape Town, on the west coast.
