Research

I am an assistant professor. My research interest is the interdisciplinary area between computer systems and artificial intelligence. This includes scalable middleware layers for multi-agent systems, resource management and security, and applications such as distributed information retrieval. All in close collaboration with the IIDS group and the Computer Systems group at the VU.

I am involved in a number of projects on multi-agent systems, distributed middleware, secure directory services, resource management, and self-managing systems. For descriptions of the projects, see the IIDS research webpage.
