This is a template for pages in English.

This file can be used as a template for FEW, CS, NAT, CHEM, and MATH. The headers and footers will not appear in Netscape Composer because they are generated automatically by our server based on the page's URL.

To test your page, make a www directory in your home directory. Make a test directory in www. Suppose you want to create newpage.html. Then you copy to the test directory

1. /usr/local/www/docs/few/template-nl.html --> newpage-nl.html
2. /usr/local/www/docs/few/template-en.html --> newpage-en.html
3. /home/ast/www/.htaccess --> your www directory

Step 3 is necessary to enable header/footer generation. If you already have an .htaccess file, add the contents of few/.htaccess to it.

Use the command 'netscape48 -composer newpage-nl.html to edit the page. You can view the results at www.few.vu.nl/~/test/newpage-nl.html When you are satisfied with the results, copy the page back to its proper place in /usr/local/www/docs/... Then edit the English page the same way.
