Sandman to Sandman via MCA-X

Finally, we consider interoperability between two Sandman domains, connected via n other MCA domains. With respect to Figure [*], this is the case when endpoint 1 in Sandman-1 wants to communicate with endpoint 6 in Sandman-3. For simple connections, we can use the exact same procedure as described in the previous two sections. Nothing changes: Sandman-1 communicates with MCA-X using the pseudo-endpoint technique described in section [*] while the MCA neighbouring Sandman-3 (call this MCA-Y) communicates with Sandman-3 using its normal signalling channel which gets switched to Sandman-3's control gateway as described in section [*].
