.  As a Ph.D. student I am researching "Large-Scale Electronic Messaging" The ultimate goal is to design a unified messaging system, that is based on results from Globe. Take a look at my full research statement.

:  My supervisors: Maarten van Steen and Andy Tanenbaum.

:.  Before becoming a Ph.D. student at the Vrije Universiteit I was a student  there. I got my "doctorandus" degree in 1992 under the guidance of A.S. Tanenbaum. Those days I looked into the POSIX complianceness of MINIX.
