Distance-related Road Pricing (Kilometerheffing)
In May 2001 I have published a concise report (VU Informatica
Report IR-487, 17 pages)
about fraud-resistant and privacy-friendly systems for
distance-related road pricing.
Unfortunately, the report has been written in Dutch while
no good English version does
exist (yet; actually, a preliminary translation does
exist).
People interested can access

In December 2003 the journal INFORMATIE (from Wolters
Kluwer Ten Hagen Stam)
has published an article (in Dutch) which complements
said report.
