Give marks for relevance, clarity of exposition and adequacy, which covers both technical adequacy as depth and interestingness.
However, even more important than the marks are your comments.
Give short, but clear comments, about the papers.

For example:

  

  relevance: essential for improving child education
  clarity of exposition:  I don't see why you consider serious games relevant!
  adequacy: great overview of the technologies that are now available 
  suggestion(s):  improve the section explaining the relation between AER and serious games
  portfolio: nice!

Here portfolio stands for the website for the study/project,
and more in general the material that is available online.

For giving marks replace the _ character by an integral number in the range of 0 ... 10.
In self assessment give marks for your own paper.
