- When the Dutch Science Foundation NWO awarded us the biggest grant
ever given for a Dutch AI research programme (on Hybrid Intelligence),
we got lots of publicity. We've collected them here.
- In the summer of 2019, the VPRO Gids (magazine of the
countries best broadcasting station) asked me "What is the ultimate
question in your field of research". The answer is here
- In April 2019 the NRC newspaper wrote about our proposed project for
Hybrid Intelligence, a form of AI that collaborates with people (instead
of replacing them). I discussed how such Hybrid Intelligence would

- In February 2019 I did a flash explanation on Dutch Radio 2
explaining why the news that HuaWei's AI had completed Schubert's
Unfinished Symphony was maybe not quite what the newspapers had made it

role of China in worldwide AI (and in Dutch AI in particular), based on
